INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 679/2016
Generale Servizi srl, as Data Controller (hereinafter: the “Data Controller” or the “Company”), pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter: the “Regulation”), considers privacy and the protection of personal data a fundamental commitment towards customers, suppliers, collaborators, employees and anyone who, for any reason, provides their personal data.
We therefore invite you to read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it contains important information regarding the protection of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy is provided, pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation, to all those who interact with our Company and forms an integral part of the activities we offer.
This document has been drafted pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 in order to allow you to understand our privacy policy, how your personal information is managed and, where applicable, to provide explicit and informed consent to the processing of personal data.
The information and data provided by you, or otherwise acquired in the course of our Company’s activities, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and with the confidentiality obligations that have always guided the activities of Generale Servizi srl.
According to the provisions of the Regulation, the processing operations carried out will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Personal data subject to processing
Your personal data may consist of an identifier such as your name, telephone number, email address or other characteristic elements of your identity that make the data subject identified or identifiable.
If the Company is contacted through the corporate email address, you may provide Personal Data falling within the special categories of Personal Data referred to in Article 9 of the Regulation, namely data capable of revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation.
We invite you not to provide such data, as it is unnecessary. We also remind you that, in the event that special categories of Personal Data are transmitted, Generale Servizi srl may not be held liable in any way, nor may any claims be brought against it, since in such cases the processing will be permitted insofar as it concerns data manifestly made public by the data subject.
The contents of emails containing Special Categories of Data will in any case be deleted.
When using the email address, Personal Data relating to third parties sent by you may also be processed. In such cases, you act as an independent data controller and assume all obligations and responsibilities required by law.
Purposes of processing
The processing that we intend to carry out, subject to your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
- managing commissioned activities or activities of interest;
- responding to requests for information;
- complying with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax obligations.
The data may be processed both on paper and electronically, using appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data provided.
Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of processing
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is provided by:
- specific regulations adopted in compliance with legal obligations, for example invoicing obligations;
- the European Regulation.
In any case, you have the right to object to such processing at any time, either initially or in connection with subsequent communications, easily and free of charge, including by writing to the contact details indicated above.
Recipients of personal data
Your Personal Data will not be disclosed to third countries and may be shared, for the purposes referred to in section 3, with:
- persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy services to Generale Servizi srl in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services;
- parties with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services;
- parties appointed to carry out technical maintenance activities, including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks;
- parties, bodies or authorities to whom disclosure of your Personal Data is mandatory by law or by order of the authorities;
- persons authorised by Generale Servizi srl to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of our services, who have undertaken to maintain confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality.
Data retention
Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3 will be retained for the entire duration of the existing relationship and therefore only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the relevant purposes, in accordance with the principles of data minimisation and storage limitation laid down by the Regulation.
In any case, the Data Controller will process Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations.

Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right, at any time, to request access to your Personal Data, rectification or erasure of such data, restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, and to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
At any time, you may withdraw the consent previously given pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to applicable legislation.
You may submit a request objecting to the processing of your data, stating the reasons justifying the objection.
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Data Controller.
Amendments
This Privacy Policy has been in force since 25 May 2018.
Generale Servizi srl reserves the right to modify or simply update its contents, in whole or in part.
